At W4Ufashion, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

📅 Return & Exchange Window

Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Only one return or exchange per order is allowed.

📦 Packaging Notice.

Do not accept tampered or resealed parcels.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered. Original tags and packaging must be intact. All items (including freebies) must be returned together. Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/defective claims.

🛠️ Damaged / Incorrect Product

Share unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. No shipping fee will be charged for verified damaged or incorrect items.

🚚 Pickup Process

Reverse pickup arranged within 24–48 hours after approval. Self-shipping may be required if pickup is unavailable.

💰 Charges

₹150 shipping & pickup fee will be deducted from refund. No charge for damaged or incorrect products.

💳 Refund Process

Product reaches warehouse in 5–7 business days. After verification, a payment link will be sent to your registered number. Refund can be withdrawn via Bank Transfer or UPI.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchange allowed for size, color, or style (subject to availability). Price difference (if any) must be paid.

📝 Final Notes

All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. W4Ufashion reserves the right to reject any return that does not follow the policy. All decisions made by W4Ufashion will be final.
